You'll be responsible for

Partnering with the Retail Client Service Manager

Partner with the Retail Client Service Manager (CSM) to prioritise workflow and deliver high-quality responses to RFIs and RFPs.
📋

Completing Research House pre-review tasks

Complete Research House pre-review tasks, including portal updates and RFI submissions.
📞

Providing ad-hoc client servicing support

Provide ad-hoc client servicing support, manage quantitative and qualitative information requests from retail clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
