You'll be responsible for

Coordinating client intake and onboarding

Ensure accurate documentation and timely service activation for new clients.

Preparing service quotes

Align service quotes with funded plans and client goals to provide clear options.

Supporting clients throughout their service journey

Assist clients from intake through to plan management and exit, ensuring they feel supported.
