Responding to enquiries
Promptly responding to enquiries from young people, Youth Justice staff, and cohealth staff, whether face-to-face or by telephone.🚪
Managing facility access
Receiving and accounting for all young people who present to the precinct, ensuring a smooth entry and exit process.🧹
Maintaining facility upkeep
Undertaking the general upkeep of the facility, including ordering and restocking stationery supplies.Key criteria
