Assisting with client set up
Helping to set up new clients and process name/address changes efficiently.📄
Preparing annual company statements
Assisting in the preparation of annual statements for clients.📞
Liaising with clients and ASIC
Regular communication with clients and ASIC via email and telephone.Key criteria

12+ months administrative support experience
Demonstrated experience in administrative or customer-facing roles.View
📞
ATO/ASIC experience
Proven knowledge of Australian Taxation Office and Australian Securities and Investments Commission processes.View
