About the job

The Client Services Scheduler position is all about coordinating daily care schedules for clients and caregivers in the Brisbane North and Caboolture regions. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for older Australians, making a real difference in their lives. You'll be responsible for

🗓️

Creating and maintaining rosters

Create, maintain, and adjust the fortnightly roster for caregivers.

Responding to changes

Respond to daily changes and fill shifts as required due to last-minute cancellations or changes.

Effective communication

Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding their schedules, availability, and any adjustments.

Key criteria

📅

Rostering or scheduling experience

Demonstrated experience in scheduling, preferably in healthcare or aged care.
