You'll be responsible for

Supporting client onboarding
Coordinating the end-to-end onboarding of new clients to the Spectra platform, tailoring approaches to their data maturity.🌟
Enhancing client experience
Acting as a trusted point of contact for client queries and partnering with internal teams to improve the client journey.🔍
Generating data-driven insights
Using analytics to provide actionable insights into client usage and reporting on key performance indicators.Key criteria

2+ years in client service or onboarding
Experience in client engagement within data or SaaS environments.View

Familiarity with BI tools and data platforms
