Rapidly resolving complex faults raised from Managed Services and Service Assurance Managers, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating with vendors to implement permanent fixes.

Driving network reliability

Improving fault rates and service quality across the transport network to protect revenue and enhance customer experience.

Participating in strategic network evolution

Supporting network expansion and upgrades, recommending design improvements, and guiding stakeholders on architecture standards for new technologies and services.
