Coordinating and executing tours of WA Bauxite Mines and Alumina Refineries, informing visitors about operations and achievements.📚
Building and maintaining business knowledge
Ensuring up-to-date knowledge and practices for conducting safe and successful tours.📊
Monitoring and measuring tour program effectiveness
Evaluating the WA Tour program and providing recommendations for improvements.Key criteria
