You'll be responsible for

Managing bookings, enquiries, and day-to-day operations across multiple community facilities.

Providing customer service

Responding to high-volume phone and email enquiries with timely, accurate, and solutions-focused customer service.

Administering financial processes

Administering financial processes including invoicing, fees, charges, and bond payments.
