You'll be responsible for

Classifying patients
Timely and appropriate classification of patients with eligible health funds or third party cover (e.g., TAC & Workcover).📝
Identifying insurance status
Approaching Medicare Ineligible Patients (Overseas Visitors) to identify insurance status.🤝
Collaborating with revenue services
Working collaboratively with other Revenue Services workstreams (Billing, Collections and Cashiers) and be co-located across all RMH sites as required.Key criteria

Experience in hospital billing
Demonstrated experience in hospital billing and debt collection.View
