Leading continuous improvement initiatives

Leading end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational processes are clear, practical and easy for stores to follow.

Maintaining SOP and process repository

Taking ownership of the store-facing SOP and process repository, ensuring documentation remains current, accessible and aligned with operational reality.
