Providing high level leadership to the team of Duty Supervisors, Aquatic Operations Team Leaders, and Lifeguard teams to foster a positive culture aligned with Hume Values and guiding behaviours.

Ensuring safety compliance

Ensuring the health and safety of all facility users by maintaining compliance with safety guidelines and regulations, and implementing regular reviews to uphold high-quality standards in aquatic operations.

Managing aquatic operations

Managing service contracts related to Aquatic and Pool Operations, ensuring compliance with legislative and contract requirements for optimal asset management.
