As a Uniform Services Coordinator at Qantas, you will be the face of our Uniforms Department, ensuring that employees are outfitted professionally and meet grooming standards. You'll be responsible for

Coordinating uniform distribution

Ensuring Qantas employees across the business are professionally outfitted and consistently meet company grooming standards.

Maintaining customer service

Playing a critical role in maintaining exceptional customer service across both face-to-face interactions and online queries.

Applying uniform policies

Ensuring all uniform policies such as entitlements, sizing, alterations, and fair wear and tear are correctly applied and communicated.

Customer service experience

Minimum 2 years in a customer service role.
