Acting as the principal governance adviser to the Board and Board committees, providing strategic, independent advice on governance, policy alignment and decision-making.📋
Leading secretariat functions
Leading and modernising EnergyCo’s Board and committee secretariat functions, ensuring agendas, papers and processes are strategically focused, well-governed and outcome-oriented.🔗
Ensuring effective governance
Enabling effective governance across EnergyCo by ensuring strong alignment between Board oversight, committee assurance and operational delivery.Key criteria
