You'll be responsible for

Engaging with customers
Have in-depth conversations with every customer about how we can support their overall banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.📞
Supporting customer inquiries
Support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products.💰
Conducting financial health checks
Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers’ financial needs and identify any changes.Key criteria

Customer service experience
Proven experience delivering exceptional service in financial services or retail.View
