You'll be responsible for

Having in-depth conversations with every customer about how we can support their overall banking needs including home loans, business banking & financial advice.š
Supporting customer inquiries
Supporting customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and processing applications for credit products.š°
Conducting financial health checks
Completing financial health checks to assess customersā financial needs and identify any changes.Key criteria
