You'll be responsible for

Delivering customer training

Deliver live virtual and in-person training sessions across the full PropertyMe product suite including Manage PM, Grow CRM, MePay and the Owner and Tenant portals.

Supporting training programs

Work closely with the Content Specialist to ensure training delivery is aligned with LMS content and learning pathways.

Building customer relationships

Build strong relationships with key customer contacts to understand their training needs and drive platform confidence.

Proven experience in training delivery within a SaaS environment.
