The Customer Education Specialist at PropertyMe is all about creating engaging training experiences for real estate professionals. Your work will directly impact how customers interact with the platform, ensuring they feel confident and empowered from day one. You'll be responsible for

🎤

Delivering customer training

Deliver live virtual and in-person training sessions across the full PropertyMe product suite including Manage PM, Grow CRM, MePay and the Owner and Tenant portals.

Supporting training programs

Work closely with the Content Specialist to ensure training delivery is aligned with LMS content and learning pathways.

Building customer relationships

Build strong relationships with key customer contacts to understand their training needs and drive platform confidence.
