You'll be responsible for

Directly assist top Dynamics customers by resolving critical and complex technical issues in a 24x7 global support team.

Handling escalations

Participate in on-call rotations to manage escalations and triage high-severity incidents effectively.

Championing customer needs

Advocate for customers by representing their issues to engineering teams and developing innovative solutions.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Possession of a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related area.

Experience in cloud, technical support, or customer experience engineering.
