You'll be responsible for

Providing customer support

Being the first point of contact for new and existing LPG & Bulk Commercial & Domestic customers, providing professional and friendly support.

Handling order processing

Managing activities such as order processing, payment management, account reconciliation, pricing and administration.

Maintaining customer relationships

Engaging with customers to ensure a customer-first approach and resolve inquiries effectively.
