You'll be responsible for

Supporting vendor partnerships

Support your lead to partner with VMO as the LOB expert, attending key vendor calls to provide context on policies and translating LOB objectives into vendor requirements.

Representing customer needs

Act as the voice of Customer Success in strategic decisions, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction are prioritized in every initiative.

Mapping customer journeys

Own and synthesize all customer sentiment into a unified view of systemic pain points, analyzing how support experiences impact customer retention and loyalty.
