Support your lead to partner with VMO as the LOB expert, attending key vendor calls to provide context on policies and translating LOB objectives into vendor requirements.🗣️

Act as the voice of Customer Success in strategic decisions, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction are prioritized in every initiative.🗺️
Mapping customer journeys
Own and synthesize all customer sentiment into a unified view of systemic pain points, analyzing how support experiences impact customer retention and loyalty.
