The CSM will be a trusted advisor, ensuring customers realize value from their Contentsquare partnership, which translates into retention and upsell opportunities. You'll be responsible for

Developing trusted relationships

Building strong connections with both operational sponsors and Executive Level contacts, becoming a trusted advisor on high-impact digital business topics.

Driving adoption and utilization

Working closely with professional services teams to design bespoke adoption and value strategies, ensuring customers effectively use the Contentsquare solutions.

Collaborating with internal teams

Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to share product feedback and drive customer-centric improvements.
