You'll be responsible for

Providing technical product solutions
Supporting the adoption of the Darktrace platform and services within customer environments.🔍
Conducting deployment health checks
Ensuring maximum value delivery across Network, Email, and Cloud deployments for existing customers.🤝
Building relationships with stakeholders
Liaising with various customer stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and to sustain account growth.What we're looking for

2+ years in customer success engineering
Experience in a relevant technical customer-facing roleView fit

Cloud networking knowledge
