Managing accounts

The Customer Success Manager II will manage a diverse portfolio of SMB/MM or ENT and Payroll accounts, focusing on low to mid-sized spend accounts and those with strategic growth potential.

Identifying risks

Identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn, engaging appropriate internal stakeholders to resolve issues swiftly while managing customer communications.

Building relationships

Build relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews, ensuring a high-quality experience for customers on a day-to-day basis.
