You'll be responsible for

Building relationships
Building and managing strategic, value-based relationships with a portfolio of 40–60 mid-market law firms across the APAC region, maintaining net positive retention.🗣️
Serving as a trusted advisor
Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance on use-cases, best practices, and product functionality.📈
Monitoring product adoption
Tracking product adoption and engagement, proactively supporting customers who may require additional help to improve adoption and long-term value.Key criteria

3+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles
Experience in Customer Success Management or Account Management is essential.View
