Being the first point of contact for customers and consumers, managing enquiries and order requests via phone and email while delivering a positive end-to-end customer experience.📋
Order management
Entering and managing orders in line with service level agreements, supporting complaint resolution through effective troubleshooting and escalation.🤝
Collaborating with teams
