You'll be responsible for

Monitoring and maintaining training compliance

Ensuring workforce compliance across Community Aged Care, crucial for quality service delivery.

Coordinating general administration

Managing meetings, training logistics, and documentation to support operational efficiency.

Producing accurate monthly reporting

Creating reports using DEX data, Power BI, and Excel to support leadership decision-making.

Certificate IV in Business Administration

Possession of relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
