Supporting the Mable community in a high volume inbound call centre environment, also supporting additional channels as required.

Providing information and guidance

Providing information, advice, guidance, and support to our community, helping users achieve their goals through our platform.

Advocating for customers

Advocating for customers to ensure their needs are met and inquiries resolved.

Customer support experience

2-3 years in customer support, ideally in health tech or aged care.
