As a Data Centre Technician, you will play a crucial role in keeping the AWS global infrastructure running smoothly. Your expertise will help troubleshoot and resolve various infrastructure issues, ensuring that customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. The team values collaboration and is dedicated to maintaining a supportive and inclusive work environment.

You'll be responsible for

Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues

Addressing server hardware, fiber, networking, and related problems to ensure smooth operations.

Maintaining system reliability

Prioritising and resolving trouble tickets efficiently to keep systems running smoothly.

Meeting on-call requirements

Being available for 24x7 shift rotations to address urgent technical issues as they arise.

Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting

Demonstrated experience diagnosing and repairing server hardware issues.
