Managing the end-to-end demand plan for the Wound Closure & Energy ANZ portfolio, ensuring accurate forecasts that drive service levels.

Leading IBP/S&OP processes

Facilitating demand reviews and securing alignment across functions and executives.
⚖️

Optimizing inventory

Setting targets with Supply & Distribution to minimize risks while ensuring operational availability.

Demand planning experience

5+ years in demand or supply-chain planning, preferably in medical devices.

Direct experience running S&OP/IBP cycles with cross-functional buy-in.
