Ensuring that all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and hygienic at all times.

Producing high-quality dishes

Creating consistent, high-quality food products that meet the standards of the resort.

Certificate 3 in Cookery

Completed qualification recognized in Australia for culinary skills.
