You'll be responsible for

Providing user support

Addressing helpdesk requests in a timely manner and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Managing user accounts

Onboarding and offboarding users, ensuring proper access rights and record keeping.

Participating in technical research

Collaborating with the IT team to identify deficiencies and implement improvements.
