Leading a risk team
Leading a small team of risk professionals and working collaboratively across Risk, Compliance and business functions to enable effective risk management practices, leveraging technology to deliver continuous improvement, simplification and increased quality and effectiveness.đ ïž
Developing risk frameworks
Developing and maintaining the risk frameworks and policies for CFS, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practice.đ
Delivering Board reporting
Delivering Board and Risk Committee reporting with data-driven insights on key risk metrics, emerging risks, and the effectiveness of risk management strategies.Key criteria

Operational risk framework experience
Extensive experience designing and implementing operational risk frameworks in financial services.View
