You'll be responsible for

Attending conciliation conferences
Attend conciliation conferences on behalf of EML and actively participate to facilitate timely resolution of disputes.📞
Engaging with stakeholders
Engage with employee/employer representatives before and after conciliation conferences about the process and proposed outcomes.📋
Liaising with the Dispute Resolution Team
Liaise with the Dispute Resolution Team Assistant to obtain relevant claim information and arrange necessary medical examinations.Key criteria

Extensive experience in workers compensation
Proven background in managing workers compensation claims and disputes.View
