Act as a subject matter expert for last mile transport through overseeing transport booking portals and the implementation of customer delivery offers, guidelines and freight packaging expectations and presentation

Monitoring carrier performance

Monitor carrier performance, addressing and escalating any last mile delivery issues as required

Identifying loading efficiencies

Identify opportunities on site regarding outbound loading efficiencies and work with site teams and carriers to implement any new initiatives
