You'll be responsible for

Leading the rooms division team

Supervising and supporting receptionists, concierge, reservations, and leisure attendants to ensure smooth operations.

Responding to guest inquiries

Addressing guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
🛠️

Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance

Monitoring room availability and ensuring collaboration with housekeeping and maintenance teams for efficient operations.

Front office management experience

Proven experience managing front office operations in a 4-5 star hotel.
