You'll be responsible for

Managing employee relations cases
Manage end-to-end employee relations cases, including misconduct, poor performance, grievances, and non-work-related injury or illness matters.🕵️♂️
Conducting internal investigations
Conduct thorough, impartial, and well-documented internal investigations in line with legal and organisational requirements.💬
Providing advice and support
Provide timely, practical advice, coaching, and support to leaders on employee relations issues.Key criteria

Employee relations case management experience
Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases.View
