You'll be responsible for

Managing employee relations case management

Overseeing end-to-end employee relations case management across the business to ensure fair and compliant outcomes.

Providing advice on ER matters

Offering guidance on investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and non-work-related illness or injury.
📖

Interpreting employment policies

Interpreting and applying employment policies, Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and relevant legislation to support leaders.

Key criteria

📚

Relevant tertiary qualification

Possession of a degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Law, or equivalent experience.

Employee relations experience

Demonstrated experience in an Employee Relations or HR Advisor role with hands-on case management.
