Overseeing the technical, operational, and production tasks for allocated City of Hobart events, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.📄
Managing event documentation
Preparing and managing essential documents such as signage plans, production schedules, and emergency plans.📞
Liaising with stakeholders
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding event logistics and requirements.What we're looking for

Event management qualification
Bachelor's degree or Associate Diploma in Event Management or equivalent experience.View
