You'll be responsible for

Providing comprehensive executive support
Delivering high-level support to the CFO, including task management, diary and travel coordination, email/phone triage, research, and information sourcing.📋
Managing governance responsibilities
Preparing and collating Board/meeting papers, agendas, minutes, supporting documents, and tracking action items.📈
Producing high-quality reports and presentations
Creating business papers, correspondence, and organising functions, events, workshops, and meetings.Key criteria
📅
3–5 years of executive support experience
Demonstrated experience providing high-level support to senior executives.View

Strong organisational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.View
