Providing high-quality executive, secretarial and administrative support to the Taxes & Grants Executive Director Office, helping to manage complex priorities, coordinate information flow and support effective decision-making across the division.

Managing communications

Preparing, coordinating and reviewing high-quality communications, including briefings, submissions, reports, meeting notes and correspondence.
📞

Liaising with stakeholders

Liaising professionally with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations, seeking clarification and escalating sensitive or urgent matters when required.
