You'll be responsible for

Facilitating document management
You will facilitate document management including arranging execution of agreements, maintaining execution registers, filing and archiving, in addition to maintaining agreement databases including assisting with the integration of AI tools.✍️
Executing legal administrative tasks
This role will see you execute legal administrative tasks such as preparation of filings and registrations with regulators including with ASIC, while drafting and preparing documents and correspondence.📊
Supporting governance activities
Your work will support key governance activities by compiling information for legal reporting to Boards, Committees, and Management.Key criteria

5+ years in legal support
Experience in executive assistant or legal secretary roles is essential.View
