You'll be responsible for

Optimising the CEO’s calendar
Own and optimise the CEO’s calendar, ensuring time is focused on high-value activities.✈️
Coordinating travel arrangements
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and schedules.📧
Managing communications
Draft, review, and manage communications, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.Key criteria

Extensive experience supporting C-suite executives
Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior leadersView

Exceptional organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly in fast-paced environmentsView
