You'll be responsible for

Providing executive support
Delivering high-level, confidential administrative and executive support to the Director, including diary management and correspondence tracking.📝
Coordinating meetings
Arranging meetings and providing support, including coordinating meeting papers, agendas, and taking minutes.🔍
Researching and reporting
Researching issues on behalf of the Director and preparing correspondence and reports for various stakeholders.Key criteria

Experience providing executive support
Proven experience delivering confidential support to senior management.View

Records management knowledge
Understanding of DJCS policies and systems like TRIM and Oracle.View
