You'll be responsible for

Coordinating cleaning contracts

Ensuring high-quality, timely and compliant service delivery for Council’s cleaning contracts.

Conducting inspections and audits

Documenting findings and supporting follow-up actions to improve performance.

Managing operational inboxes

Resolving day-to-day requests relating to cleaning and utilities management.
