You'll be responsible for

Coordinating cleaning contracts

Coordinating and monitoring Council’s cleaning contracts to ensure high-quality, timely and compliant service delivery.

Conducting inspections and audits

Conducting inspections and audits, documenting findings, and supporting follow-up actions to improve performance.

Managing operational requests

Managing operational inboxes and resolving day-to-day requests relating to cleaning and utilities.
