You'll be responsible for

Delivering technical support and service quality across customer sites, including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electronic gaming machines.🔍
Performing scheduled tasks
Executing scheduled tasks, preventative maintenance, break/fix repairs, and system diagnostics on-site.📊
Maintaining documentation
Accurately collecting and reporting all activities using Aristocrat’s field service management tools, ensuring real-time data entry and accuracy.Key criteria
