You'll be responsible for

Leading the Food & Beverage team

Lead, coach and inspire the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional service and experiences.

Overseeing operations

Oversee all operational areas including restaurant, bar and room service to ensure high standards.

Collaborating with the Executive Chef

Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to elevate guest experience and maintain quality standards.

Proven experience in food and beverage management, ideally in hotels.
