Ensuring smooth, efficient, and professional daily operations of the restaurant & bar.

Developing food and beverage offerings

Maintaining a strong understanding of the property’s food and beverage offerings to promote to guests.

Supervising and training staff

Coaching and training Food & Beverage Attendants to foster a high-performing team.

Key criteria

🍽️

Food and beverage management experience

12+ months in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
