Maintain a strong understanding of the property’s food and beverage offerings to effectively promote them to guests.

Supervising and training staff

Coach and train Food & Beverage Attendants, fostering a high-performing team to deliver excellent service.

Key criteria

🍽️

Food and beverage management experience

12+ months in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

RSA certificate

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification required.

Communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities essential.
