Greeting and directing
Welcoming and assisting patients, visitors, and the general public in a timely, polite, and professional manner at the Front Hall Enquiries/Main Foyer Information Desk.🅿️
Managing concession parking requests
Handling validation of concession tickets and maintaining accurate records of concession forms.📊
Generating reports and data retrieval
Retrieving data from EMR, completing audits/checklists, and maintaining brochure stock at the information desk.What we're looking for
